9Wrap Return Policy

Due to the industrial nature of our products, all sales are final.

Stretch film and pallet goods are not eligible for return once shipped.

Exceptions may apply only if:

• Incorrect product was shipped by 9Wrap
• Manufacturing defect is confirmed

Claims must be submitted within 5 business days of receipt.

Custom orders and bulk pallet orders are non-refundable.
