9Wrap Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Murrieta, California.

Shipping methods include LTL freight, pallet delivery, or local pickup when applicable.

Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Freight Delivery:
Stretch film products are shipped via pallet freight (LTL). Delivery times vary depending on destination.

Delivery Responsibility:
Customers must inspect all shipments upon delivery. Any visible damage must be noted on the carrier’s Bill of Lading (BOL) at the time of delivery.

Failure to document visible damage at delivery may result in denial of freight damage claims.

Freight Claims:
If products are damaged during transit:

• Customer must notify 9Wrap within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide clear photos of damage
• Provide copy of signed BOL
• Retain all packaging materials

9Wrap will assist in filing freight claims but is not responsible for carrier negligence.
